  • Monthly Unlimited - $85.00 - unlimited, 7-day per week access to instructor-led training!
  • Three Days a week - $65.00 per month
  • Two Days a week - $45.00 per month
  • First Responders* Unlimited - $65.00 per month
  • One Year Pre-Paid $850.00; a savings of $170.00
    *First Responders - Police, Fire, EMS, and Military

Classes:

Fitness Outside the Box - Duration: 1 Hour - Weight loss and basic fitness training program. This is NOT military basic training! There are no drill sergeants and you are NOT going to get yelled at. Take advantage of this program if you goals are to lose weight and learn ways to permanently, effectively stay "Fit for Life"!

Basic Qualification Course - Duration: 3-4 Hours - $25.00 - This is our CrossFit instructional course in which you will learn the basic lifts, exercises, and moves in our average workout. This class is 3-4 Hours, every other Saturday - talk to your coach about the next class.

CrossFit - Duration: Varies 30min to 1 Hour - Our clients aren't made, their forged. Our elite fitness program is based upon the exploding, effective, and absolutely addictive CrossFit methodology. CrossFit's heart and soul lies in generalities. You may not walk into CrossFit ICT able to win the Marathon, or lift the most weight at the Olympics...but more to the point, you will be able walk out of CrossFit ICT and COMPETE in both. Our speciality is not specializing. In this manner, CrossFit produces some of the finest athletes in the world!
